This site with development consents and lease was purchased by the Growth Fund B Units on 12 September 2019. When completed, this property will be one of the newest childcare centres in Glen Eden. The construction started on 16 March, 2020 and was completed in Mar. 2021. This is a brand new and purpose built centre in the Heart of West Auckland, which has been operated in May. 2021.
